Dear Sir,

Would you pls help for MAX3243,

1. VCC (pin26)=3.3V, what voltage will shows in V+ and V-?
2. VCC (pin26)= 3.3V, what voltage will shows in V+ and V-?
3. Charge pump V+/V- will inference voltage level in below red block?
