Sorry to bother you.

Have any risk if we connect EN pin to Vref1 (3.3v) through 200k resistor?

    Shu-Cheng,

    Your schematic is incorrect. The device will not opporate correctly. Please see 

    and note that EN and VREF2 are first shorted together, then pulled to supply through a 200k resistor. This is CRITICAL that EN and VREF2 are connected first before 200k to supply.
