I want to connect DS90CF386 and Atrix-7.

Atrix-7 has 2.5V LVDS interface.

Can I connect DS90CF386 and Atrix-7?

    I looked at the datasheet for the Atrix-7 FPGA switching characteristics. Assuming that the LVDS output from the Atrix-7 is in OpenLDI format (7 serialized bits per clock cycle), can you confirm that what you are referring to is below?

    It look slike only the supply voltage is 2.5 V, while the output common mode voltage is around 1.2 V, which is standard for LVDS. The differential output voltage is also reasonable, within +/-247 to 600 mV, and this will surpass the DS90CF386 minimum input threshold of +/-100 mV LVDS receiver requirement.

    Therefore, I do not see issues with connecting the Atrix-7 output to the DS90CF386 from a voltage level perspective.
