Hi,

Minimum the junction temperature of the TPD4E001 is not mentioned on the datasheet.

Could you tell it for our reference?

    The minimum junction temperature is not an important value as problems will be caused only when the device gets too hot, not when it gets too cold. For reference though, because the device is guaranteed to operate at a minimum of -40 degrees C the junction temperature minimum could also be placed at -40 degrees C.
