Horizontal Sync and Vertical Sync are missing.  All other signals are present.  Set-up is per application note.

    Please elaborate more on your issue, what is the pixel frequency, does it happens in multiple resolutions?
    Please provide your schematic.
    What do you mean by "...are missing..." missing at which point?

    The resolution is 640x480,@60hrtz, problem persist at different pixel frequency. The DVI signals applied function when applied to a monitor. The chip generates the TTL signals for red, green, blue, DE, and clock, but does not generate any output for Hsync. or Vsync. The schematic is per TI app note.

    You can send your schematic to elias.villegas@ti.com
    If all the parallel outputs and ODCK are working properly then it could be a damaged chip.
    Vsync and Hsync comes in the TMDS channel 0 so it could be a problem with it, is it DE really toggling with the active video and blanking data?
