I am using TUSB8041 in my design and it works very well. 

USB 3.0 is 5Gbps, does that mean the TX and RX differential pairs are running at 2.5GHz?

The external crystal oscillator is 24MHz, is there an internal PLL to boost 24MHz to 2.5GHz? The result of "2.5GHz/24MHz" is not an integer.

Please help to clear my confusion.
