Especially, I need the reference design in "TLK313x CPRI Multi-hop Performance with the CDCM7005.pdf".

We'll upload the TLK3131 EVM User's Guide on the web that does have the EVM schematics and pcb layout. If you're a TIer, please send me (Hassan Ali) an internal e-mail and I'll forward you the document directly.
