TPS65982 - Vout3v3 configuration, dead battery mode

Hi all,

I'm currently working on the TPS65982 evm. I would like to configure the dead battery mode (as for me buspower z is tied to 1.8V).

But  my problem is kind of basic: I have no output at Vout3v3 (enabled it in the customizer) when plugged to a usb adapter.

I have a 3v3 output on the evm when plugged with a dell charger, however i would like to power things up when evm plugged into the usb charger (i would like to power up my MSP430 with that, is the Vout_3v3 an appropriate source?)
