Hi,
My customer is using TPS65982 in laptop system. They merge the firmware with alpine ridge firmware, and after then a problem happens very intermittently.
It seems that TPS65982 cannot read the firmware from flash memory, and the VBUS doesn't go up to 5V after a type-C device is connected.
The customer measured some input and output voltages when this issue happened.

it seems the LDO_BMC is not normal. Have you seen any issue similar to this? I still need to get more information about the issue from the customer, but before then I want to check if you have any kind of experiences like this.
Please let me know what you need to find the root cause of this issue.
