DP83867 MDIO read/write issue

Hi.

I read RGMIIDCTL register (address 0x0086) and always get  the same value 0x0064 (which is not the default 0x0077) even after any write to it.

I have no idea what it may be. The board is TIDA-00204 with some minor changes.

    Hi Alexander,

    Are the changes made to the hardware, software or both? Are you able to read/write other registers correctly? If you can read/write lower registers correctly (e.g. 0x00) then this might be a extended register space access problem. Does the PHY restart auto-negotiation if you write 0x1200 to register 0x00?
