Hi Team,

customer is evaluate the SN65DSI83 for MIPI to LVDS bridge, and they want to know if they don't use the external reference clock to generate the LVDS output clock, is it ok for the SN65DSI83 to accept the DSI clock range of 9Mhz ~ 12Mhz from nVidia TX1 module? Please advise. Thanks.

    Hello Arthur,

    The minimum DSI HS clock input frequency is 40Mhz, however, you must determine the minimum clock frequency required  to support the stream bit rate of the panel with the selected number of DSI lanes.

    The SN65DSI83 is suitable to connect the DS90CF386.
