Can TUSB9261 support zero power ODD?

Hello,
The TUSB9261 does not provide power, some SSD use the power from the USB VBUS but an ODD will require more than VBUS can provide, so you have to provide external power to the ODD.

I've just realized that you are referring to zero power defined by the SATA spec, I am asking the designer about this.
