You have confirmed input clock and output clock is the same signal just output signal is attenuated, right?

The voltage swing of output signals depend on Rvsadj and sink termination resistors.

With Rvsadj = 4.64k, the current being sunk by TMDS442 will be around 10mA, with 50ohms resistor on sink device the voltage drop is around 500mV.

could you check Rvsadj is indeed 4.64k and receiver's terminations are 50 ohms?

Hi Jerry,

The channel may be very lossy or it may be a defective device.

Have you tried a different monitor, cable IC?

Could you measure the current on TMDS outputs?
