If enabling EEE, are there any restriction?

If enabling Fast Link Drop, are there any restriction?

Thank you for the reply.
Actually this question was from my customer.
They(include me) don't know about EEE and Fast Link Drop,
so they just want to know if there are restriction to use EEE and Fast Link Drop.
