SN65HVD75: about the receiver output current of sn65hvd75

Part Number: SN65HVD75

Hi dear supporting team,

do you have the current VS voltage curve like below for sn65hvd75 receiver? i.e we comment  8mA max current, what's the voltage should it be?  tks a lot!

  • Hi Vera,

We unfortunately do not have this curve measured for this device, but I can help clarify the VOH/VOL specs. These voltages were tested under the maximum recommended load current of 8 mA. Therefore, when the output current is 8 mA the high-level output will typically be 0.3 V below VCC but could be as low as 2.4 V (e.g., when VCC is at 3 V and device with worst-case process tolerance is operated at a temperature extreme). Similarly, the low-level output will typically be 0.2 V when the load current is 8 mA, but can be as high as 0.4 V.

I hope this is all clear, and please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Best regards,
    Max
