Hi Sina,

I am not aware of an IBIS model available for this device. The next-closest comparable device that has an IBIS-AMI model is the DS25CP102, which is a slightly different package, but nearly identical function. The IBIS-AMI model for the DS25CP102 is available on the product folder page.
