HD3SS6126: HD3SS6126 junction temperature

Hello Thomas,

   Basically TJ max is calculated from thermal model parameters and some real world temperature measurement. And it needs to be below 105C.

Best parameter to use is PsiJt in conjunction with temperature measurement at the top of the device.

Tj=top of device temperature + max power * PsiJt
