high side driver problem

I need a circuit to drive ~2 KHz PWM on output line.  Edge speed is not critical. Supply is 12V,  Output needs to provide 10V @ 90 mA and survive continuous short to +12V or Ground. Control signal is a digital 5V PWM output from small microcontroller not to be named here.

I generally don't wander too far from the 0-5V range so this is new territory for me.  Sanyo's TND027 is one solution but I was hoping to find something at TI..

Thanks!
