    Hi Manabu,

    After a good look through the TPD1E10B06 datasheet, I do not see any indication of expected pulse lifetime. I will do some additional investigations into this issue and get back to you ASAP!

    After following up on your request with our test engineers, we do not have an official rating for these devices with respect to pulse lifetime. I am sorry I cannot help you with this. We do run extensive repetitive tests on these devices, but cannot guarantee any type of life expectancy.
