    OK, so the closest thing I can find would be the TPD4E05U06; Unfortunately it does not come in the exact same package as the AZ1213-04S. It has the following protection specs:

    IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 ESD Protection
    – ±12-kV Contact Discharge
    – ±15-kV Air Gap Discharge
    IEC 61000-4-4 EFT Protection
    – 80 A (5/50ns)
    IEC 61000-4-5 Surge Protection
    – 2.5 A (8/20μs)
    - 0.42 to 0.5 pF nominal capacitance

    The current capacity with respect to protection is much lower for the TI device but, depending on the application, the extra current handling capabilities may be unneeded.
