SN65DP159: SN65DP159 / readout the only target register for modify

Hi all,

Please let me know about register readout.
I found a sentence "The SNx5DP159 device transmit the contents of the memory registers MSB-first starting at register 00h.".

I understand that when send a read-command from master device, SN65DP159 is send the contents of all register.

If I want to modify one register, I want to readout for one target register .

Can master device readout one register only from SN65DP159?
