I'm not able to program TUSB8041EVM EEPROM. I have Checked in Device manager it NOT showing "TI TUSB8040 EEPROM Programming Endpoint".

I have configure as above figure

SDA   - pin 37 - pullup
SCL   - pin 38 - pullup
SMBUS#   - pin 39 - pullup

FULLPWRMGMT - pin 40 - pulldown
PWRCTL_POL - pin 41 - pulldown
GANGED - pin 42 - pulldown

AUTOEN# - pin 45 - pullup

Maybe there is a problem with your eeprom, can you share the eeprom's datasheet?

Hello,
It looks like your EEPROM uses 2-byte addressing, the TUSB8041 only supports eeprom with 1-byte address, please look at Section 8.4.2 of the TUSB8041's datasheet.
