Subject.: Boundary Scan test with TUSB9261 DEMO Board

Dear Sir or Madam,

We want to run some Boundary Scan tests on the DEMO Board, such as blinking the eight LEDs and
reading the state of the push button switch and creating AC-JTAG tests.

Reading the datasheet carefully about JTAG test, we prepared some modifications at the eval-board:

Wire-ing the five JTAG pins of U5 (TUSB9261) to an external connector for interfacing to a
boundary scan controller.

The look after a corresponding BSDL-file was not so easy: at the TI E2E community we found
two versions: TUSB9261.bsdl and TUSB9261_incl_phys.bsdl -> both of them have the same header
we put them into beyond compare for looking at the differences:

TUSB9261.bsdl is the normal 1149.1 version, in the USB9261_incl_phys.bsdl some one has tried
to edit the 1149.6 (AC-JTAG) version, but very purely and not completely - the AC-JTAG commands
are missing.

We are not convinced about the 1149.6 capability of the TUSB9261 in respect of the amateurish
bsdl file TUSB9261_incl_phys.bsdl.

Can you assure us, that the TUSB9261 is AC-JTAG capable?
Please send us a true TUSB9261/1149.6 bsdl file or a link on it.

With best regards
