Hi Sir,

May I know TPD4E02B04 suitable USB2.0 / USB3.0 ? since TPD4E02B04 VRWM is 3.6V, compare TPD4E05U06 VRWM is 5.5V.

How to chose suitable protect IC between TPD4E02B04 and TPF4E05U06 for USB2.0 / USB3.0?

    Hi Wen,

    For this comparison, it will depend on what the USB signal voltage level is at.  The reverse stand off voltage is the point below which no significant conduction occurs, so assuming a USB 3.0 signal of 5V Max, either device could work, but because the  VRWM of the TPD4E02B04 is below that of the potential USB signal voltage level, I would recommend the TPD4E05U06 to ensure you don't reach the conduction point during normal operation.
