You need to make sure that DS10CP152q-q1 supports 1.5 Gbps per Chnel.
We tested the 1280 * 720P 30fps image with FPDLINK3 Single Ended in DS10CP152q-q1 and tried to use the output in two places,
but the output at Pclk 84Mhz is half as 47Mhz, H / V Sync output does not work.
Input resolution: 1280 * 720p
Pclk: 84Mhz
Bit: 10bit
Use Serializer: DS90UB913
Use Deserializer: DS90UB914
