SD1983EVK: Analog LaunchPAD (ALP) not showing any controls for the LMH1983

When I try to connect to the LMH1983 through ALP, I am not able to see any of the controls. The device seems to be connecting over USB, but the application doesn't show the normal control screen.  See screenshot.

What is the best way to troubleshoot/fix this?

    Hi Daniel,

    In "Tools," click on "EEPROM Setup." From there, should be able to add the LMH1983 device profile in the level underneath ALP Nano 1. Note that if there is already a device underneath ALP Nano 1 in the tree, you will need to remove it first before adding the LMH1983 profile, as only one device profile can exist underneath ALP Nano 1 at a time.
