HD3SS215EVM: Differential Impedance for HDMI2.0 Compliance Test

Hi,

Our customer measured the differential impedance for HD3SS215EVM and TS3DV642EVM by using TDR(Time Domain Reflectometry) measuring equipment.
Unfortunately, both of HD3SS215EVM and TS3DV642EVM cannot pass HDMI2.0 compliance test HF2-4 since the measured impedance exceeds the standard value.
So, Can HD3SS215 and TS3DV642 pass it ?
Could you please share the measurement data to us if you have it for the differential impedance ?
In addition, please give me an email to my email address since I would like to share the detailed information to you.

    Hi Kato,

    Our team supports HD3SS215, we can discuss on this device.

    I'm attaching TDR measurements of HD3SS215:

    Yellow - Connector to device input no device populated

    Red - Connector to device input device populated but off

    Green - Connector to device output but not terminated

    White - Connector to device output but terminated

    If this requires escalation ask a FAE to submit a HelpMe ticket.

    Thank you for your quick response.

    Is it a result which you measured using HD3SS215EVM ?
    It seems to be no margin for the standard value in your measurement result if considering the variation for each board.
    Are there the results that HD3SS215 have passed HDMI2.0 compliance test HF2-4 in the past ?
