DS280BR820: DS280BR820 vs DS280BR810

Dear Sir 

I saw DS280BR820 need external cap and DS280BR810 doesn't need external cap

But DS280BR820 reference price is higher than DS280BR810 ,Does DS280BR820 have any benefit??

We will have 100G active cable project ,which one solution (DS280BR820 or DS280BR810) is suit for 100Gbps active cable ??
