TPS2546 for OTG function

set status at SDP2, and SDP1

The part can work well when in host mode, but set at SDP mode, the host couldn't recognize the part

We also shut down the VBUS power

If we need set the status together with the HOST part that insert to USB also,？？？？？？ thanks。

    If possible, refer to the TPS2546 datasheet when you describe the modes for which you've configured TPS2546.
