TUSB3410: Application with VREGEN connected low

Hi,

We plan to connect VREGEN low so that 1.8V supply is provided internally.  Is there any special concern about this that we need to take care of?  From datasheet as below, is it only required for the case that 1.8V supply is provided externally?
