The Psi-JT that you are requesting was not included in the original thermal model. I have re-submitted the request and will provide this specification to you and your customer as soon as our modeling team completes the analysis. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the completion of this activity.

Yes, I will request the data for the DS32ELX0124 as well. I expect the thermal performance to be similar for both devices, and will provide them as soon as the analysis is complete.

Thank you for your patience. The model has been completed. The Psi-JT is 0.1 C/W for both the DS32ELX0421 and DS32ELX0124.
