Hi,

I would like to know if there is a compatibility between FPDLINK III devices developed for infotainment and those for ADAS.

For example can we interconnect DS90UB927 with DS90UB964?

Hi Umberto,

No, the ADAS and infotainment chipsets use a different FPD-Link III frame, and they are not compatible with each other.

is there any particular reason for the difference due to the application or is it because somebody started to do them differently?
