My customer use PCA9545A, in our datasheet, it only shows that Toff of VCC should be longer than 100ms, if the customer connect VCC and reset pin together, it there also this requirement? The Toff is 5ms of my customer's application, it is OK?
What's the defference between PCA9545A and TCA9545A? Thanks

We suggest using the TCA version of parts because it has address the erratas on the PCA devices.

I have included the TCA9545 sections that covers the POR requirements. Your customers will be fine with 5ms.
