SN75LV4737A: Junction Temperature

According to the datasheet, Theta JA is 62°C/W. It's not very straight forward to calculate the power consumption of the device. You can refer to this post e2e.ti.com/.../active-rs232-power-consumption-why-isnt-it-in-the-data-sheet for more details. Let's make a wild guess that SN75LV4737A has 4 times power consumption than TRS3232E (half of the channel number). Then junction temperature would be about 100°C. Maybe you can use it as estimation.
