Hi. My company is looking to design two new USB to serial devices using the TUSB3410 that we plan to distinguish from an existing device by PID. However, the method recommended for requesting a PID in the document "USBSerial Applications Using TUSB3410 and VCP Software" on the 3410's TI page is to email an address (usb@TI.com) that chat support confirmed is not a valid address anymore after I failed to get a response.
Can someone give me the current process for acquiring a TI PID?
