Dear Sir

We have a DRP requirement ,spec is power source 5V/9V/15V/20V and power sink 5V

If when this device config to UFP mode (power supply from TypeC) and than insert the power jack on J5 as below

Should I add a reverse current protection power switch as below red mark ??

Do you have the reference design or example schematic ??

HI Kai,

Sorry for late reply. Reverse current protection will help you out in this situation to prevent possible negative affects from 20V of the variable DC-DC reaching the internal system. RCP will not hurt your case, and will only help it. Unfortunately there is not a reference design/schematic on this application. Please let me know how I can further help.
