Hi Team,

A customer is asking about the behavior of the Pins in Power Down Mode. What do the Pins do during this state? Are they pulled up, pulled down, floating, High-Z, or something else?

Hi Mihir,

The pins may act differently during power down based on what group they belong to. Which pins specifically were you interested in?

Well all of them really. The datasheet seems to be pretty sparse on this information.

Hi Mihir,

The IO pins should be high-Z but some pins have internal pulls on them. The datasheet has details regarding which pins have pull-up and pull-downs. Additionally there might be external pulls on the board for strapping. So the voltage will depend on combination of internal and external pull resistors.
