Hi all,
My customer need a charging controller for below function in their TBT-USB hub product:
1. Wake up NB by using keyboard or mouse
2. Charge USB device when NB is in S3/S4/S5
They use TPS2546 with 1111/0111 (Ctrl 123/ILIM_sel) mode change and control by TBT's S3 pin. It works good on window base NB, but has problem in new Macbook pro (mouse wake up function is ok, but Macbook pro can't enter S3 whey the external hub connect a usb device like a storage equipment... Should I use TPS2543? Or anything I have to take care in design? Thanks for your kindly help.
