TS3USB3031: Can the TS3USB3031 be used as a USB3.1 Gen 1 Solution

The TS3USB3031 datasheet show a 3 dB bandwidth of 6.5 GHz but the part datasheet only states that it is good for USB2.0.  Can it be used for USB3.1 Gen1 signaling too?
