TPS65982: TPS65982, Exit from SLEEP mode

Here are three condition to exit from SLEEP mode.

I have a question about "I2C bus activity" which is one of condition to exit.

"Activity" means that EC access to PD controller. In other word, PD controller keep in SLEEP mode if EC never access to PD controller with the correct slave address as follows.

Is my thinking correct?

Hi Tamio,

Yes, the device will wake up from sleep state when the EC starts sending I2C messages to it.
If the EC does not send any I2C messages to the PD controller, the PD Controller will remain in Sleep mode until any of the three exit conditions occur.

I understood.
Please add the explanation in the datasheet of each PD controller(TPS6598x), and also about the time until FOSC_48 is stabilized after sending I2C message.
