DP83848K: Asking for the DP83848K TXD0,1 waveform

Hi Team,
Could you help for the following questions?
conditions:
1. Power On
2. Rst: low
3. external clock disable

Q1: are TXD0,1 "input" or "output?" From datasheet, it shouble be input?
Q2 Are TXD0,1 both low? We cannot see this from the datasheet.

Hi SHH,

TX pins are inputs and should be low when RESET is low.
Do you have a MAC or some other device connected to the TX pins?
