Hello,
customer want to connect 2 boards over USB HS and fears that the common mode (ground) can disturb the communication. Can the TUSB211 help and has it a wider common mode level?

Hello Holger,

The TUSB211 improves the slew rate by injecting current to the HS signal but it does not affect the common mode.

Hello Diego,do you have a suggestion to solve the problem with the common mode? Unfortunately we do not have a USB HS isolation.

Hello Holger,

I am sorry for the delay. Unfortunately, I don't have a solution for the possible issue. But, giving a second thought if both devices are USB compliant there must not be any issue between the PHYs.
