Hi,

My customer faced following issue by using DS90UH929 EVM and ALP.

* When customer start up ALP, then, following comment appeared.

"The connected <Unknown device> has a firmware version (0.0.0.0) that is not supported by this software.

A firmware version of 2.5.0.0 (or later) is REQUIRED by this software. An appropriate firmware file was not found, so the firmware cannot be updated.

Please contact TI to obtain the required firmware file."

Do you have any information to solve this error message ?

Thank you for sending firmware.

Customer can close this issue by performing un-install and install of ALP.

However, if I will face same issue and they can not close this by performing un-install and install of ALP.

I will send firmware which you sent.
