Request for help adding Wired Ethernet to product

We have a device in production that uses a TI  CC2541 microcontroller.  We use its Bluetooth and a UART connection to a modem.

Want to swap out  the modem with a wired Ethernet interface.  Need an Ethernet  MAC/PHY with an integrated IP stack.    SPI or UART connection to CC2541 is OK
