TMDS141: TMDS input pins tolerant

Our customer has a question about TMDS141.
I'm posting the question for the customer:

Are the TMDS input pins 5-V or 3-V tolerant when the device is powered off
like the RSCL/RSDA and TSCL/TSDA pins?

If yes, I'm anxious about power consumption of internal pull-up
resisters by TMDS input signal voltage applied in spite of power-off.
Is this a problem?

Hi Takishin,

This question is kind of confusing

TMDS inputs don't receive voltage signals, the source sinks current from termination resistors and there will be a voltage drop on termination resistors.

The maximum voltage will be present when there is no current on the resistor(Vcc=3.3V) if the device is turned off, the source won't be able to sink current.

Could the customer elaborate on his application?

Hi Moises,

I have explained that to the customer.
He says that there is HDMI source equipment that output the voltage (2.6V) on TMDS pins of its HDMI connector .

In this case, is there a possibility that the TMDS141 breaks?

There is no problem If 2.6V is the minimum Vl,

There will be some leakage in this condition, currently we don't have data about this leakage.
