DP83867IR: Is PHYCR[6:5] "RO" ?

Hello,

I have a question about dp83867ir data sheet(SNLS484E).

in page 39, followings are written..

"Auto-MDIX can be enabled or disabled by strap, using the AMDIX Disable strap, or by register configuration,using bit 6 of the PHYCR register (address 0x0010)."

but in page 67, it says that PHYCR[6:5] is "RO".

My question is that we can configure PHYCR[6:5] by software or can't.
