ULN2003AI: Difference with ULN2003A

What is the difference between ULN2003A and ULN2003AI?
Are these used same chip? Is difference only test item?

If it is Yes, why does VOH value different?
ULN2003A VOH is Vs-20mV and ULN2003AI si Vs-50mV.

If it is No, what is the defference?

    Hi Kohei,

    The ULN2003AI and ULN2003A do not share the same die, but the two are very similar. The ULN2003AI was modified to support a higher temperature range, and any electrical differences between the two are listed in the datasheet.
