Hi Team,
One GPIO was toggling automatically when I was using default FW image on TPS65982. What event are mapped for the GPIO?
My customer want to use the event if it's available.
Also, could you tell me what the event means?

Eric-san,
I easily check using EVM.
It is FW which is in the latest app-custom tool, version 2.15. The blinking LED is D9, so my customer is asking about the GPIO event allocated to Debug1, I think.
When I connected other device with type-C cable, D9 started blinking.

Hi Onawa-san,
D9 is triggered when a high voltage PDO has been entered, please see the image from the EVM users guide below:
The blinking is a feature that is only available with the base EVM firmware and cannot be implemented with the Application Customization Tool.
However, you can map a GPIO to be triggered when a certain PDO has been negotiated. This can be used to have an LED turn on when you have a 20V contract entered for example. You could also map a GPIO to a plug event.
Thank you,
Eric
