My customer met a strange issue when using TLK6002.
Every time they want to change the TLK6002 data rate, they'll reconfigure the chip. Most time, the operation is OK. However, in a very low chance (~1 out of 100 times), the chip 0x5 reg will report 0x6125 after re-configuration, which indicates LOS and not-synced. Keep reading 0x5, still the same value. If re-configuring the TLK6002 again, the issue will go away.
We have checked that the value written during the configuraiton, they're all correct.
Also the signal in the input could be observed with an amplituted of 1.8Vdiffpk-pk.
We also did the data path reset after the configuration, but no use.
Do you have any idea what might be the cause?
