HD3SS213: HD3SS213EVM user guide not have how to configured as DP splitter 1to2.

i want to use the HD3SS213EVM as DP 1 to 2 splitter ,but the  user guide not have how to configured as DP splitter 1to2.only 2to1 ,can you tell me how to do it .or the HD3SS213 do not support DP 1 to 2 splitter . what is the device could do DP 1 to 2 SPLITTER up to 4k2k/60p. thanks for your help !
